Access dashboards, export data, and gain insights into your operations. The reporting module gives you visibility into work orders, PPM, compliance, finance, and more.

Dashboard Overview

The main dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of:

• Open and overdue work orders
• Upcoming and overdue PPM tasks
• Compliance records due to expire
• Open health & safety incidents
• Recent activity across the site

The data is filtered by your site. Facilities managers see an overview of everything; other roles see information relevant to their permissions.

The dedicated Reporting page provides more detailed views and export options.

Data Exports

You can export data for key modules in CSV format:

• Work Orders: all work orders with status, priority, assignee, dates.
• PPM: schedule and completion data.
• Assets: asset register with categories and locations.
• Compliance: certifications with issue and expiry dates.
• Finance: cost entries and invoices.

Exports are generated based on the current filters and permissions. Download the file for further analysis in your preferred spreadsheet tool.

Using Reports for Decision Making

Regular reporting helps you spot trends: for example, an increase in work orders for a particular asset type might indicate a need for replacement, or a pattern of late PPM completions might suggest resource gaps. Use the data to drive continuous improvement.
