Getting Started
Welcome to Aperio FM. This guide helps you understand your role and take your first steps.
Logging In
Visit the login page and enter the email and password provided by your site administrator. If you have lost your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it. Tick Remember me on this browser to stay signed in on this device between sessions, but only do this on a computer you trust.
Your Dashboard
After logging in you will see the dashboard. Depending on your role, it might show:
- Open work orders assigned to you or your team
- Upcoming PPM tasks
- Recent compliance certifications due or expiring
- Open health & safety incidents
The sidebar on the left gives you access to all modules you have permission to use.
Your Role
Your role determines what you can see and do. If something appears missing or you cannot perform an action, check the Your Role & Permissions article to understand your access, or contact your facilities manager.
