Update your personal details, change your password, and manage two-factor authentication from your profile page.
Editing Your Profile
- Click your name in the top-right corner and select Profile, or go to the profile page from the dashboard.
- Update your Name, Email, or Phone Number.
- Click Save. Your profile is updated immediately.
Changing Your Password
- Go to your Profile page and find the password section.
- Enter your Current Password, then your New Password and confirm it.
- Click Update Password. Your password is changed and you will not be logged out.
Password Requirements
Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for a stronger password. Never share your password with anyone.
Avatar
You can upload a profile photo from your profile page. Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, and WebP. To remove your avatar, click the delete button and you will be shown with your initials instead.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once enabled, you will need to enter a code from your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy) when logging in.
Enabling 2FA
- Go to your Profile page and find the 2FA section.
- Click Set Up 2FA and a QR code will appear.
- Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code.
- Enter the code from your app to confirm setup.
Recovery Codes
When you enable 2FA, a set of one-time recovery codes is generated. Save these somewhere safe, and you can use them to log in if you lose access to your authenticator app. You can regenerate your recovery codes from the profile page at any time.
Disabling 2FA
You can disable 2FA at any time from your profile page. Enter your current password to confirm, and 2FA will be turned off.
